TO DO OUR PART TO SLOW THE COVID-19 VIRUS:
To ensure that we are doing our part as an organization in containing this pandemic, Don’s Tree Service has decided to temporarily halt all scheduled jobs that are deemed non-essential services. We will continue to follow the guidelines of government and health officials in determining when we will resume operations as normal. This was an intensified decision, but the health and safety of our residents and staff is our top priority. Amid this closure, our Sales Departments are still available to assess properties via drive-by, and delivery of estimates via email. We have reliable technology that will allow you to speak with our estimators via Facetime/Google Duo.
Traditional phone calls and text messages are available as a source of communication as well. We ask that during the time of any scheduled estimates that all customers remain inside of their property to practice safe social distancing. We encourage you to mark specific trees ahead of your scheduled time that you have questions about, as this will help narrow down which trees our estimators will need to assess.

Jobs will be scheduled out beginning April 8th, 2020, in the order in which the requests were received. (Unless further notices from the government arise that will hinder this date). We will update our clientele if this date shall change due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the case of an emergency call, our company is prepared to remove the danger at hand safely and return at a later date to complete the service.
