  • Work hours are Monday -Friday 7:30am until the jobs are complete (usually between 3pm and 5pm), unless otherwise specified.
  • Weekends are usually off, unless there's an emergency or a special situation.
  • Direct deposit available.
  • Payday every Friday (Sales 1st. & 15th.). 



  • Perform basic and advanced tree pruning techniques required to safely trim and remove trees near obstacles and in high-risk situations. 
  • Perform all general tree care; have general working knowledge and maintenance of the equipment used and requirements to complete work. 
  • Assist the ground crew with job site cleanup. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience. 
  • Clean driving record, CDL a plus. 
  • Only experienced applicants will be considered.  


  • Job site clean up consisting of pulling brush, raking, sweeping, removing debris. 
  • Chainsaw/Chipper experience preferred but not necessary. 
  • Must be able to lift 45+ pounds. 
  • No Experience necessary. 
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. 
  • Must pass a physical AND a drug screen. 
  • Clean driving record, CDL or eligible a plus.  


  • Must have a clean driving record, CDL preferred or be eligible. 
  • English and Spanish speaking/reading/writing is required. 
  • Large chipper truck and trailer experience preferred. 
  • Works closely with estimators regarding the work being performed at each job site and communicates that information to the crew.
  • Records crew attendance, daily job locations, hours worked and spent on job site. 
  • Maintains maintenance, supplies, and inventory of equipment unit vehicles. 
  • Assist the ground crew with job site cleanup. 
  • Must be able to lift 45+ pounds. 
  • Communication skills a must as foreman will often come in contact with customer when estimator is unavailable. 
  • Minimum 2 years driving experience. 
  • Minimum 2 years supervisor/manager experience. 
  • Only experienced applicants will be considered.  


  • Must have a clean driving record.  
  • Must speak good English, Spanish speaking a plus.  
  • Communication skills a must.  
  • Minimum 3 years outside sales experience.  
  • Minimum 3 years supervisor/manager experience.  
  • Day to day activities include:  
    • Creating and building relationships with new and existing commercial and residential clients through telephone calls, email, and social platforms. 
    • Scheduling. 
    • Coordinating and meeting customers to discuss work needed.  
    • Outline the scope of each project and submit proposals.  
    • Meet and inform the crew foreman (4+ people per crew) of all aspects of each particular job; supervise as needed.  
    • Confirm all tasks were completed to the satisfaction of the customer.  
    • Collect or invoice upon completion.  
  • CRM Experience a plus. 
  • Landscaping or Tree knowledge and experience a plus.
  • Looking for someone who desires a long term position and grow with the company.  
  • Paid training. 
  • Learning basic plant identification will be an important job function.  
  • Basic computer skills needed (email, word, etc.)  
  • Valid Texas Drivers License.  
  • Clean driving record (No DWI, DUI, etc.)

  • Base + Commission  


  • Work days and hours are Flexible. Some hours will need to be between 4 and 6pm after the crews are finished.
  • Maintain maintenance and maintenance records on all equipment (Saws, Blowers, Trucks, Chippers, Stump Grinder, trailers, etc.) 
  • Oil changes
  • Greasing/Lubricating, checking fluid levels.
  • Tire ware, signal light operation, and tracking vehicle inspection dates,
  • Driving vehicles to refuel as needed.
  • Cleaning interior and exterior of all vehicles.
  • Blowing/cleaning debris from equipment,
  • Keep inventory records of equipment and stock crew vehicles as needed.
  • Own tools preferred.
  • 60-Day Probation period.
  • 8+ Years General Mechanic Knowledge Preferred
  • 5+ Years Small Engine Repair Preferred
  • 5+ Years Diesel Mechanics Preferred
  • CLASS B CDL w/Air Brakes, or be CDL eligible
